Hola chicos, seguro que os lo estáis pasando muy bien. A pesar de que nos han mandado bastantes deberes tenemos un poco de tiempo libre para disfrutar. Se que algunos os habéis ido fuera de España. El resto estáis en vuestros pueblos o incluso aquí en Madrid.

CHAPTER 7

Iceman was in the playground. One girl invited to Iceman to a party. Mr.Doncaster was telling to all the teacher except Mr.Hughes that he wanted to fire Mr.Hughes because he was a bad teacher.

Iceman estaba en el patio. Una chica le invito a una fiesta. Mr.Doncaster estaba hablando a todos los profesores exepto a Mr.Hughes que quería expulsar a Mr. Hughes porque era un mal profesor.

Concierto "Debajo del contrabajo"

Hoy los chicos y chicas de sexto hemos ido a ver una obra musical titulada "Debajo del contrabajo".Se llama así porque solo tocaban la música con contrabajos.
Nos ha gustado mucho, por lo menos los que hemos estados atentos a ella.
Nos han explicado la vida de muchos compositores que ya hemos estudiado en música este trimestre como por ejemplo: Haendel, Bach, Beethoven y muchos más.

Today the sixth graders have gone to see a musical play entitled "Under the double bass." It is so called because the music is played only with basses. We liked it, at least we've been listening to it. They have explained to us the lives of many composers who have already studied in music this quarter including: Handel, Bach, Beethoven and many more.

Chapter 6

Willy and Jeff were going to the school when they saw a car going very fast. The car hited a bird. It was for the Cassandra's project .
Willy,Jeff and other mates were going to the class and they heared the principal shouting to MR.Huge. They were talking about the marks of 6ºB.

Willy y Jeff iban al colegio y vieron a un coche atropellando a un pajaro. Era del proyecto de Cassandra.
Willy,Jeff y otros compañeros subían a clase y escucharon los gritos del director a MR.Huge sobre las notas de 6ºB.

CHAPTER 5

The boys and girls of 6 grade were in the break.They were playing football but they needed a player an asked ice man.He said ´yes` and they played all the break.when the children returned to the class and they went on a trip with Mr.Huge.It´s was raining and went they come back Casandra said ´stop` because she saw a Woodchuck, she took the animal and they continued the trip but when the driver wanted to start the bus was on the mud. All the children get out of the bus and started to push the bus.One hour latter they were back to the school.They were very tired and dirty.
Los niños de sexto estaban en el recreo. A ellos les faltaba un jugador asi que se lo preguntaron a el hombre de hielo.El dijo que si y jugaron todo el recreo.Cuando los niños regresaron ellos se fueron de excursion con el señor Huge.Estaba lloviendo y cuando regresaron Casandra dijo que pararan porque había visto una marmota,ella cogió al animal y continuaron el viaje, pero cuando el autobusero intento arrancar el autobús se había undido en el barro.Todos los niños se vajaron del autobus y empezaron a empujar.Una hora después llegaron al colegio todos estaban cansados y sucios.

Los exámenes de inglés

Los alumnos de sexto han empezado su particular maratón de exámenes de final de etapa. Han estado toda la mañana realizando unas pruebas (lectura, escritura y audición) de inglés de la Universidad de Cambridge (KET)como preparación a las definitivas exámenes que tendrán que hacer en Mayo.
The sixth graders have started their particular marathon end-stage tests. They have spent all morning doing some tests (reading, writing and listening) in English, from the University of Cambridge (KET) in preparation for the final tests they will do in May.


" Los exámenes de Cambridge no fueron difíciles , aunque hemos caído en que tuvimos algún que otro error por que,.... nadie es perfecto"
La verdad es que mucha gente venía con nervios pero, al ver el examen se tranquilizaron.
Según nuestro tutor Ángel, la mayoría de la clase estamos preparados para hacer el examen difícil ( PET).
Estamos esperando nuestras notas y, esperamos que sean buenas.
No nos dirán los resultados hasta después de Semana Santa así que, muchos nos quedaremos impacientes.

Nickname Game Chapter 4

Mr Huge was yelling. Mr Doncaster scolded Mr Huge. He tried not to yell. The students said to him that they were the Dim Bulbs because they had bad calification and the other class bright lights because had good calification. Mr Huge thought that he had to train the class more. Jeff and Wiley went to the house of Cassandra because they didn't have a good nickname for her. At last they went to her house and Wiley had an idea.

Mr Huge estaba gritando. Mr Doncaster le regañó . Él intentó no volver a gritar. Los estudiantes le dijeron que ellos se hacían llamar las bombillas estropeadas porque tenían mala calificación y la otra clase las bombillas relucientes porque tenían buena calificación. Mr Huge pensó que les tenía que entrenar más. Jeff y Wiley fueron a la casa de Cassandra porque no tenían un buen mote para ella. Al final Wiley tuvo una idea.

Nickname Game Chapter 3

Chapter 3 : In the city of Orchard in Pensilvania Wiley and Jeff were borned . They were like brothers. One day when they were in the park they met Cassandra the new girl in class. They talked and when finished Wiley and Jeff started to think of a nickname to her. They thought in `birdbrain´ or ´carrot-top`.

Capítulo 3: En la ciudad the Orcharch en Pensilvania nacieron Wiley Adamson y Jeff Greenbaum. Son como hermanos. Un día cuando estaban en el parque encontraron a Cassandra la nueva chica de la clase. Hablaron y cuando terminaron Wiley y Jeff empezaron a pensar en un apodo para ella. Pensaron en cabeza zanahoria o en cerebro de pájaro.
